Synergetic Structural Integration and Myofascial therapy $100/$145
Founded by Magnus Ecklund, LMT, CSSI, this hands-on technique targets the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding the muscles), to release restrictions, improve flexibility, and ease chronic tension. This therapy works with postural imbalances and chronic stiffness. This is a great modality for those that don’t get relief from traditional massage.
Total Body Stretch $75 (45 min)
Increase flexibility, improve mobility, and feel your best with a guided total body stretch session. Using gentle, assisted stretching techniques, your therapist works with you to target major muscle groups, release tension, and enhance range of motion.

Dedicated and experienced therapist with a strong passion for massage and helping others. With over 24 years of experience, she is committed to providing exceptional therapeutic treatment and bodywork. She enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skills to better assist her clients.
She is certified in Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Sports massage, Prenatal massage, and Thai Yoga massage. She is one of a small group of therapists on the coast certified in Synergetic Structural Integration/ Synergetic Myofascial Therapy.
